13.  ASSIGNMENT
13.1 ladyjs bookstore may assign any or all of its rights hereunder to any party without your consent.  You are not permitted to assign any of your rights or obligations under these Conditions of Use without the prior written consent of ladyjs bookstore, and any such attempted assignment will be void and unenforceable. 

14. GOVERNING LAW
14.1 The laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada shall govern these Conditions of Use as well as any use of the Site.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
15.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ladyjs bookstore regarding  use of this Site,
